IBC TV Foundation (International Buddhist Culture TV Foundation) was established as a non-profit organization in 1997. IBCTVF is incorporated in the State of Washington in the USA. IBCTVF promotes Zen Buddhist teaching and promotes cultural understanding through the media and public communication. 

The Buddhist principal teaching is compassion and wisdom and equality. To practice compassion, wisdom and equality.

Compassion -  "Compassion is the best medicine to increase human immune system." - Grand Master Wei-Chueh - Founder of Chung Tai Zen Monastery

Wisdom - Every one has wisdom, and can discover it through Zen meditation practice. Wisdom helps us understand causality and face the reality. And lead our life to very bright and positive way. To void a lot bad karma come to our life.

Equality - To be able to love every one as our family. No criticism and no comparison. Do not harm our self; don't harm others; receive no harm. Things happen to us by reason. We need to accept the reality. No matter good or bad, it all the best learn experience.

IBCTVF produces healthy and positive Buddhist and cultural educational programs. Our source is mostly from the great Zen Master Wei Chueh's teaching.  Venerable Grand Master Wei Chueh is the founder of Chung Tai Chan Monastery in Taiwan. He has 1500 monk and nun disciples and millions of lay disciples all over the world. The most important of his teaching is to practice zen in our daily life, to know my own mind in every moment in our everyday life to keep awakan mind. A totally new zen life. Grand mater have 108 branchs meditation all over the would. Practice meditation are very important elements in our daily life.
